All products purchased on our website, are covered by a limited, non-transferable warranty against defects in material or workmanship that affect your ability to operate the product as intended, and that appear due to normal use during the applicable warranty period. However, please note that our warranty does not cover product failures resulting from misuse or abuse, changes in surface finish, normal wear and tear, modifications made by the user, or failure to follow installation and maintenance instructions.

- TopBestStandingDesks.com Standing Desks: Our electric standing desks come with a 2-year warranty for the motor(s) and electronics, including the controller, power adapter, and cords, and a 5-year warranty for the remaining desk components. Our crank-standing desk is covered by a 3-year warranty for the desk as a whole.

- TopBestStandingDesks.com Standing Desk Converters: All standing desk converters purchased on our website come with a 2-year warranty for the frame, medium-density fiberboard desktop, and mechanisms.

- TopBestStandingDesks.com Monitor Arms: All monitor arms purchased on our website come with a 2-year warranty.

- TopBestStandingDesks.com Standing Desk Mats: All standing desk mats purchased on our website come with a 1-year warranty.

- TopBestStandingDesks.com Shelving, Storages & Others: All shelving, storages, and other desks and tables purchased on our website come with a 1-year warranty.

If you discover any defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the defective product. If requested, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made within the first year after purchase, we will cover the shipping costs for the returned and replacement products. After the first year, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product and any products we ask you to return.
