For in-stock orders, we strive to ship them within 4 business days, and you can expect delivery within the United States in approximately 5-8 days. For items that are back-ordered, we provide real-time updates on shipping timeframes, so please carefully review the options when placing your order.

If you require shipping to Puerto Rico or any country outside the United States, please contact us at info@topbeststandingdesks.com. The delivery time for these locations may take up to 30 days or longer.

Please note that we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses as standard options. For information regarding the availability and charges for these specific locations, kindly reach out to us via phone or email.

Please be aware that certain circumstances beyond our control, such as national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other unforeseen scenarios, may cause delays in delivery. If you need to modify the shipping address or any other details on your order, please note that after 12 p.m. PST each day, we are unable to make changes. However, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.

For order cancellations, please email us at info@topbeststandingdesks.com as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund if the product has not yet begun the shipping process. Once the product is in progress for delivery, cancellation is not possible. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. In the case of back-ordered items, if an item you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately and send the out-of-stock item(s) separately at no additional cost via an expedited method once they become available.
